Do you have your own construction team, or do I need to find contractors?
We work with a dedicated, highly trusted team of experienced craftsmen. You won't need to worry about finding or managing different contractors yourself. We handle the entire process from the initial design to the final build, ensuring our strict quality standards are met at every single step.
Do you handle old house renovations as well as new builds?
Absolutely! Whether you have a brand-new apartment that needs your personal touch, or an older property requiring comprehensive structural, wiring, and plumbing updates, we have the technical expertise to transform your space safely and beautifully.
How do you charge, and what does the payment process look like?
We believe in complete transparency. Our quotes are generally divided into a Design Fee (based on your total ping area) and a Construction Fee. To make things easy, construction payments are broken down into clear stages tied to project milestones—such as contract signing, foundational mud/wiring work, carpentry, and the final handover.
What should I prepare before our first consultation?
Just bring your ideas! It's highly helpful if you can provide a basic floor plan, an idea of your preferred aesthetic -feel free to show us saved photos!, and a rough budget you have in mind. During our chat, we'll explore your daily habits and lifestyle needs to see exactly how we can bring your vision to life.
Do you only undertake residential projects, or do you also design commercial spaces?
In addition to residential renovations, we provide comprehensive interior design and construction management services for the commercial sector.
